Luxurious and newly renovated, this 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom, 3,000 sq ft contemporary Mediterranean house is spacious with an open floor and great indoor-outdoor flow. Enter at the front gate to a lush zen garden leading to the front door. The family rooms flow into a chef’s designer in kitchen that overlooks the pool. The new saltwater pool (2021) is heated, always perfect under the California sun, or stars. The backyard features both a covered and open dining and sitting area, loungers for sun and relation, and floats for fun in the water. This property is conveniently located in a trendy NOHO neighborhood close to restaurants, shopping, and markets. Close to the metro station, you are 10 minutes from Universal Studios, 15 minutes from Hollywood, and all the major LA attractions including the Hollywood Sign, Griffith Observatory, the Walk of Fame, and local museums. While centrally located, the neighborhood is quiet, safe and friendly with ample street parking.


Please note there is a private unoccupied guesthouse behind the property that is not for rent. It does not share the pool or outdoor common areas.

An optional $50/day pool heating fee may be requested for additional heating upon request.

Perfect family weekend

We stayed here with our adult children over a weekend. The pool/hot tub was excellent and we made so many memories. I loved the kitchen and big refrigerator because I decided to cook for everyone rather than eating out. There was more than enough space to hang out and the neighborhood was quiet. Absolutely pleased with the experience and would book this place again.

Wedding

We came for my sons wedding and had lots of prep to do. The house was perfect. It is very roomy which helped with putting centerpieces together. The house was clean and comfortable. KJ was an awesome host and the location is great. We would definitely stay again.

Family Vacation

Beautiful Stay and Amazing pool and Hot tub. Our first night we ordered pizza and ate on the back patio. It was an amazing dinner with absolute beautiful scenery. we visited Newport Beach, Santa Monica Pier and Paradise Cove all was a very manageable drive. The host is the BEST he answered at all times, and I am not kidding usually within seconds. Truly a perfect family vacation for us Oklahomans

We had ant problems

There was ants everywhere on the counters and in the dishwasher the guy said he would have maintenance come and spray and while we were gone they took it upon themselves to clean the kitchen and said it was because it was dirty from us. Mind u the dishwasher wasn't working either. So I felt they violated my privacy and all my belongings as they could have cleaned when we vacated

Great Host

Had a great 9 days in NOHO Oasis. Property is very handy for all things in LA centre. It’s 8 miles from Rodeo Drive and close to Universal and all major highways. Pool and Hot Tub area is still very new looking and beautiful. We used the Hot Tub every night we were there. KJ is a very accommodating and responsive Host. He answered all requests to turn on hot tub within a couple of minutes. He also got us a gas BBQ to use as there was none at property. KJ,s mum and dad also live at back of property .. we met them and they were so lovely and helpful. They don’t want to intrude on your time there at all. It was by Birthday on Easter Sunday and KJ,s mum gave me a beautiful Easter Bread and box of Chocolates which was so thoughtful. The property has plenty of space inside and out.. the mattresses are so comfy .. honestly have never slept of anything so nice before. We always expect a property to be clean on arrival but this was the cleanest property I have EVER stayed it.. it was immaculate with tons of towels and toiletries. Would be very happy to stay at any property if KJ’s in the future. He is a wonderful host.

Exceptionally clean and comfortable

Our family had a great stay. Everything was extremely clean. We were in town to go to Universal Studios and the location of this house was perfect, it never took us more than ten minutes to get there or back. Highly recommend.

Perfect Burbank home to host our wedding weekend

Our family of 6 stayed here for our son's wedding in Burbank. This home had everything we needed: huge living space, beautiful kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, laundry room and a gorgeous pool and hot tub area. I wish we would have had more leisure time to enjoy it all, but the host was very gracious and let us use the hot tub past the 11 pm hour limit. Location was close to Universal and a lot of LA sights as well. I highly recommend this property.

Hollywood Vacation

Family trip to Universal Hollywood. Great location in North Hollywood within short driving distance of everything. The house was amazing and the kids loved the pool. 8 people stayed comfortably. Host was very responsive to questions and helpful with requested information.

Great location! Terrific Property

Our family planned a Studio City vacation at this property. Very close to all the Studios. Nice neighborhood. 3 full size bedrooms with connecting bathrooms for each. Comfortable beds. Full kitchen and dinning room. One evening we cooked in for a family meal. Enjoyed the huge TV and hot tub. Very clean. This property is a 10 plus!

NOHO Oasis

Great place in a great location. Property was as described and was fully stocked with everything we needed during our stay. Minutes from stores, restaurants, and Universal Studios. KJ was responsive and assisted whenever we reached out. We enjoyed the property and will definitely book again!

A nice retreat

We were 3 couples. We were in the area to attend the Rose Parade. This was a very nice place to stay. Each couple had their own bedroom and bath. It was very quiet in the neighborhood. We enjoyed the hot tub everyday. We also cooked our meals and the kitchen worked very well for us. We would definitely stay here again.

Quick getaway

This was almost a 5 star review because the house is so well maintained and beautiful. The other reviews are very accurate. The reason for 4 stars is as follows: major ant problem (I left a bowl on the counter for 5 mins and it was overflowing with ants), two of my daughers had bug bites after the first night (both said mosquitos were flying around and it wasn’t bed bugs, we also didn’t leave doors open. The house accross the street is being renovated and the construction is so loud as is the music being played (out of owners control). I missed the fine print saying there is a house in the back. This tool away from the private feeling as cameras from the other house all point at the pool. This made me super uncomfortable. Any time you want to use the spa, you have to message the Owner. Incr was fine, but multiple ole times was annoying. Lastly, I asked to shorten my reservation which the owner quickly agreed to and sent me a refund for the 3rd day. After the refund was given, he upped the price of the first two days. This was not disclosed up front.

The house is perfectly located for a weekend at Universal. Relaxing stay with the pool and hot tub. KJ is very responsive to your requests. House has all the amenities you would want. I would definitely come back.

Great NOHO location

Quiet neighborhood, but close to all NOHO activity. Perfect for our visit. House pics are all accurate, house was very clean, beds are comfy, and KJ was very easy to communicate with. Definitely recommend.

Great location, responsive host and spacious house

It was so nice to have the large space for my family of 5. We loved coming back after a day of sightseeing to the hot tub. Plenty of room for everyone to spread out and easy access to Universal Studios, Warner brothers tour and other attractions. I felt like we had a personal concierge with the host providing great suggestions. Great find!
