The living environment is comfortable, and the landlord is attentive and considerate.

Loved the property. Had enough space and everything we needed. Rooftop patio is sweet! Apartment is clean and we’ll taken care of. Walking distance to bus to get you to Santa Monica Pier if you’re staying without a car. Also walking distance to Mamie’s which has the best sandwiches imo. I will definitely try to stay here again next time I’m in the area. Thanks Julie!

What a nice place to be when staying in LA. Julie is friendly and helpful, the spot is quiet and very comfortable. The upper deck is a great spot to drink your coffee or cocktail. I didn’t receive any instructions from VRBO about how to find the back house apt but Julie helped as she was easy to reach. Definitely staying there again in the future trips to LA.

My stay was wonderful.
Loved: The central location of the property. The owner. The place was so thoughtfully decorated and very comfortable. The cleanliness of the place inside and outside. The thoughtfulness of the owner even in the placement of motion-sensor lights to make it safer through the garden entrance, to walk to the back of the house to the apartment and the stairs. I would love to stay here again and again when I go to work in LA.

This West Hollywood/Spalding Square studio is clean, easy to access, and has a wonderful large rooftop deck with seating for at least 6 people. You can walk to Whole Foods, Trader Joes and a very nice market up the hill; you can walk to the movie theatre on Sunset, and to many good restaurants as well. Parking is available on the street, just pay attention to the signs. Bathroom is spotless, plenty of extra towels and linens. Kitchenette lacks a range but there is a refrigerator, toaster oven, plenty of utensils, coffee maker and hot pot. Apple TV. It is quiet, secure and if you're looking for a well-located and pleasant and comfortable stay, I highly recommend this property.

The detached, guest studio apartment would be ideal for a single traveler. The listing indicates a maximum of 3, however, even the two of us were not comfortable in the double bed against a wall. The unit was clean. The bathroom was updated. The kitchenette had all of the essentials including a hot and cold water dispenser. We enjoyed the rooftop deck between rain storms. We had not anticipated our arrival time exactly, so we were unable to enter immediately, but Julie quickly provided an alternative solution. The unit was surprisingly quiet and felt secure.
