"This was a great stay. I was impressed with the location and the staff. Everyone was helpful and attentive. The room was a good quality and Olivia did a great job keeping it nice for me. I loved the roof top deck and could not believe how easy a walk it was to everything in the Centro and Romantic zone. Top quality beds by the way. The water pressure was good but the hot water was more warm than hot. However, it was not a problem. If you are super noise sensitive you might not love it, not because of any fault of the hotel or staff but because it is near the Malecon with lots of festivals and performances going on every evening, heads up, but to me it was a plus! Thanks to the staff, I would definitely stay again! "
