Madrid Los Fiordos Hotels

"The hotel is on the Gran Via , an excellent location. Our room is spacious and great condition with balcony. We were able to see st. Patrick parade on the Gram Via from our balcony and window ( down on the street) . Room is very clean and comfortable. Wash room is great too . We like our room and vacation very much. Breakfast is 24€ per person, but nearby has a lot of eateries! "

"Overall clean and modern hostel that’s a great value. Located in a very central location that’s close to the train station and walkable to the city. The rooms are slightly smaller but that’s to be expected given it’s a hostel. I’d stay again when visiting Madrid. "

"BEST HOTEL EVER!!! Beautiful and convenient location, lively but still quiet and close to the metro. We booked the luxury penthouse and it was gorgeous with a spacious private terrace. The breakfast was spectacular and offered just about every type of food & beverage you can imagine. Every member of the staff was sweet, friendly and helpful. Bed was amazingly comfortable and the bath was luxurious! They even have Dyson hair dryers!! We could not have loved this hotel any more and stayed until the very last second before checkout. Did I mention it also smells delicious?"

"Great central location. Large spacious apartment. Rooftop views great with sun chairs. Only criticism the kitchen equipment was lacking but if you asked they bring We didn’t have a kettle and only 2 knives "

"This was our experience staying 3 nights. Location is really good close to metro station and the Royal Palace thats about it for positives. *There are No Safes/ Locker in rooms. After our first morning exploring we returned back and our room door was not shut after cleaning. Thankfully nothing was missing as our passports and belonginings were there. For saftey we called the front desk to just let them know about it. They mentioned they noted it down for the manager and that was perfect. Next day of exploring we retuned back to our room this time door was locked. But what seems like retaliation the cleaning staff did not even make our bed. Just threw 2 new face towels in the bathroom and left. I took pictures of the state of the room and then infromed the front desk. The staff was appologetic and shocked, they told me to email the manager (madrid@thesocialhub.co) they infromed me they have forwaded my email and will get back to me shortly. So far no response which is the reason why im leaving a review. We travel to many cities over the past 5 years and never had complaints at anybof our stays. This is the first time im actually leaving a review for a hotel because of the lack of reponse. Hopefully this is a one off situation and not occur moving forward. (Will post pictures if hotel.com allows of how we came back to the "cleaned" room."
