"Kitchen amenities were abundant. Rooms all nice and plenty of toys, floats, etc.Needs: Hot water temps in Kitchen and main floor BR were inadequate..Too low for cleaning and comfort.We could not lock the sliding glass door to the back area."

"My family and I had an amazing stay. There is plenty of things to do in the house and outside. They have everything that you could possibly need in the house from kitchen utensils to games. Everything was clean and well kept.We can’t wait for our return!"

"Great overall! There was not a remote for the DVR player and did not have access to cable. There were nats in the master bathroom likely from the well. We also had to make the beds for the bunk room, as they were not made upon arrival. But other than that it was very nice."

"The location is perfect, sitting right on Black Lake. A great view and wonderful spot for our nightly fires and star-gazing. The building has quite a bit of nostalgia for our Gen X group, reminding us how motels used to be years ago. The kitchen area was big enough for our group when we wanted to be together indoors, and the covered area outside was very large as well. All around a great location and when we are in the area in the future, we will surely be looking to stay here again!"

"The cottage on Pine Lane at Hemlock Hills was a perfect little piece of heaven for us! Perfect place to unplug and spend time in nature with your loved ones. The path to the river and the swing were our favorite! We had coffee there every morning. Thank you to Tammy and Mitchell for everything!"

"Sidney was great. She responded quickly to any questions we had. The property was fabulous. We really enjoyed our stay! The pontoon made the visit extra fun! For planning, the property does not have a fit pit. There is a gas outdoor fire place. We brought stuff to make tonkas and were looking forward to a wood fire."
