「We stayed here for one night with our family on our way to Florida, and it was the perfect stop. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming from check-in to check-out. The resort is beautiful and does a fantastic job catering to families. There were fun activities and treats for kids throughout the day, which made our short stay feel extra special. 「There was nobody there to guide us to where we were supposed to go. Fortunately, there was a staff there, it is a plastic surgeons building, that was able to contact somebody with the villa who gave us phone instructions on how to open the door and where actually the room was. They apologize and said the manager is usually on top of things, but apparently at this time there was a glitch. Things happen. That said, each stay seems to come with a different room quality and a different staff experience.
