“We happened upon this quaint resort on a weekend to the Keys. What a great spot! It is not on one of the main keys but is close to Key West and other fun locations. The resort had hammocks to relax in, a pool, docks, outdoor activities and a small breakfast (don't plan on filling up on it if you are hungry though). Room was quiet even though it was right next to the pool and there are so many different options there! We would definitely stay there again! Beds were comfortable and the bathroom……

“The host team is amazing and very responsive. The house is very beautiful inside and out. We loved grilling downstairs, so much room down there. We loved our stay here because it was very secluded, unlike Key West, where you are on top of each other. The location is perfect because you can still make it down to Key West in 25 minutes for activities and food.”

“Everything the description states is inaccurate. The Host was not available at any time, it plain as day states to contact host for gate code and I notified 24hrs before, I called at 1pm the next day, no response, I called at 3pm and texted that i would arrive at house by 5pm like check in states with no response, I stopped for lunch and my new arrival was at 6pm, which is the time I arrived at the house, I called several times to host for gate code, and no success again, It was frustrating I……

“Sehr sehr laute Klimaanlage im Zimmer. Nehmt Ohrstöpsel mit! Ausschalten geht, aber es wurde schnell sehr warm im Zimmer. Für geräuschempfindliche Schläfer nicht zu empfehlen. Frühstück war inkludiert. Wir wurden halbwegs satt aber das einzigste gesunde war eine Banane und verwässertes Porridge. Die Kinder haben Bagels, Fertigwaffeln und Ei aus dem Tetrapack gegessen. Es gibt neben dem Hotel eine sehr schöne Bar am Wasser.”

“Our stay was great! The bed was comfortable and our room was spacious! We had ants in the bathroom, that was a bummer. Didn’t feel like it was anything to complain about though. The pool and bar tiki were perfect!”

“I never actually stayed at the property. Two days before my family trip, my young son had to have emergancy surgery. We had to postpone our trip. The manager at Tranquility was extremely helpful and willing to refund our money. I couldn’t be more impressed with how easy the resort made it for me and my family in our time of need.
