「Clean room, great balcony, ocean view was insane, staff was very helpful and courteous with the exception of the valet. Very disorganized and often took a long time to get our car.」

「The room was great. Very clean and up to date. We had a great view of the marina and the ocean. Might need to mention that this particular building only has stairs. There was an issue with a faulty structure that could had been handled much better but overall good.」

「Beautiful property! The staff was wonderful! We did have a small issue with housekeeping, there is a room service tray left by our front door upon check-in from prior guest and not picked up for two days. Also, we had asked for additional towels that never came. We will definitely be back though, as the location and resort itself is wonderful.」

「This was a wonderful place to stay in Islamorada! The staff was super helpful and friendly. They allow dogs so we were able to bring our Maltipo. Pool, restaurant, roosters, all were perfect. You also get to go to their other properties which were amazing. Rooms were clean and very comfortable. Location is perfect! We are already planning our next trip. 」

「This place needs an entire makeover. The staff were super nice and the views were beautiful. It’s in a great location but the rooms are run down. The free kayaks and bikes were in terrible condition and the pool was dirty and had many visible concrete holes on the bottom. The WiFi and ice machine were both not working and the water pressure was almost nonexistent. 」
