“My husband and I traveled with our son (6) for our first Keys trip the first week of April. The rental was comfortable with a full kitchen for our own cooking and everything was clean. The view is perfection and the deck is steps away from the water. We were able to fish and enjoy the beautiful sunsets right outside the place. The location is quiet enough with alot of families but close to shops and restaurants. We will definitely be back and Frank was easy to contact. Great adventure!”

“I thought the food was great. Even had Foursquare rum, in the bar. Staff was very friendly and helpful, offered many recommendations for beaches and jet ski options. Swim with the Dolphins, is 5 min drive. Only thing i wasnt a fan of, was the tide would go out around 4pm, until 9pm. Leaving a not so great smell during that time. Obviously nothing they can do,but was mot great. Whwn tide was in,was very nice. The pier is nice at night toi.”

“Very friendly staff,Very quiet neighborhood , if you are looking for a getaway for few days to chill eat and drink, this is the place, sunset is spectacular and you must like cats, they ll hang out with you if they like you lol. now on this is our place to stay in the keys. Thank you ”

“Lovely sister property to the Islander - Resort; the, Islander Bayside resort Townhomes are wonderful. The Green Tuttle Inn. And the NEST across overseas highway great spirits & food. kitchens open until 10pm. 7 am green turtle breakfast. Or Mangrove Mike’s is a short walk North for breakfast. First night we walked to Lorelei, (15 minutes walk) for sunset. Best spot. This property is Slightly less than 2 miles NORTH from Bud and Mary’s marina and Lazy Days. Ideal for family or larger……

“The property was as listed! The check in process was easy and everything we needed was conveniently provided. The only issues we ran into were that we couldn’t get the tv’s to work properly. Otherwise it was the perfect place!”

“Mostly good job refreshing an old place. Was odd to have sliders that don’t open bc there’s no balcony. And they had paint splotches marring the peaceful view. The shower was not inviting. Didn’t use it. But the room is refreshed and the location is walkable to a few things. ”

“Office is open 9 am to 4pm. Expedia has office open until 5pm. If you do not get there before 4pm you will need to make arrangements to have key left for you. Also, no mention of only allowing one vehicle on Expedia- any additional vehicle is an additional charge. Please make sure you contact the property ahead of time on this as well. Otherwise, it is clean, quiet and very beautiful. Now knowing the rules and times will definitely stay again.”

“The Property was in a good location the Transportation was very convenient with the Shuttle. The staff were okay but not very helpful with information regarding the amenities. Like there was breakfast but no plates of napkins. Missing many details. Over all nice mini vaca ”
