“We stayed at this hotel during our family trip and had a pleasant experience overall. The reception staff were friendly, helpful, and willing to answer all of our questions. This made the check-in process smooth and welcoming. There is also a water station on the ground floor where guests can refill their bottles at any time, which was very convenient. “ Kamer zag er schoon uit we hadden wel chips van vorige gast onder het bed gevonden en haren in het doucheputje wat minder was. We hadden soms last van insecten. Bedden waren schoon en netjes. Matras niet hard, wij hebben er heerlijk op geslapen. Het is geen luxe hotel, geen hoge verwachtingen hebben. Het is verder prima te doen.”

“The property looked nice and it was lovely having the parrots land on the balcony. The drinks in the room were very limited, the staff at reception were a bit rude, some of the machines at breakfast weren’t working and there was nobody around to tell. The guided tour was done by someone who didn’t speak English. The pool was unable to be used as there was an event on near it. On the website it said that dinner was included and we didn’t get dinner.”

“Nous avons passé un excellent séjour au Château de Pommeuse. Les propriétaires sont des personnes particulièrement sympathiques, accueillantes et passionnées. Nous avons eu le plaisir d’échanger avec eux sur l’histoire du château, ce qui a rendu notre séjour encore plus enrichissant et authentique. Le cadre est magnifique, paisible et chargé d’histoire, une vraie parenthèse hors du temps. Nous recommandons vivement ce lieu pour tous ceux qui recherchent à la fois charme, tranquillité et belles……

“The hotel and room looked like in good shape. Parking area was good. But the hot water supply for showering was not stable - this was the most annoying issue during my stay, given that the weather in April is usually cool / cold at France. I have changed the room, the issue was still happened. It seems that the water pressure might be generally not strong enough for all rooms. And due to thus key issue and other minor issues, I think the money paid was not deserved. ”

“There is no air conditioning in any of the rooms. They provided a fan for each bed which helped. There is some ceiling work needed in the lobby.”
