「Great place, ongoing sympathetic modernisation happening but you never hear anything. Breakfast fantastic, pool area and top floor very cool. Rooms tidy and spacious. Fantastic staff and a wonderful stay!」

「Un séjour parfait. L'accueil est au top, la chambre et la literie sont irréprochables. Nous avons été chaleureusement accueillis et chouchoutés du début à la fin. Côté table, les cocktails, le restaurant et le petit-déjeuner étaient tout simplement excellents. Le cadre, raffiné et au standing un peu rétro, offre une véritable bulle de douceur. Les piscines avec des horaires larges nous ont permis de nous relaxer, nous n avons pas testé le spa , ce sera pour une prochaine fois. Seul petit bémol...

「Prachtige accomodatie, heel centraal gelegen in Funchal met parkeergelegenheid, heel vriendelijk personeel, fantastisch ontbijt, geweldige roof top bar met zwembad en sauna. Een echte aanrader dus!!」

「This hotel was beautiful. Staff always on hand to help. I received an upgrade and the room was amazing! The location was great with lots of places to eat around the area. The hotel also did nightly buffets with entertainment. I would 100% recommend and will be returning myself next year.」

「Das Hotel hat eine gute Lage (ca. 20 Min ins Zentrum zu Fuß) - viele Restaurants in der Umgebung vorhanden. Unser Zimmer war gut ausgestattet und sauber. Jedoch würde ich nächstes Mal kein Zimmer mit Meerblick nehmen, da dort eine große Straße ist, dadurch ist es sehr laut. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Das Frühstücksbuffet hat eine große Auswahl - es findet somit für jeden etwas (auch Laktosefrei und Glutenfrei).」

「房間沒有冷氣風扇，與hotel.com所描述不同，故房間較熱。另外，洗澡水外淺，令地板全濕。床墊開始舊，有下榻情況。景觀開揚，有小型厨房，空間較大，洗澡水夠熱，毛巾隔天更換但天天執房。酒店附近多食店亦有超市，巴士站，泳灘等。酒店有免費接駁車往市中心，但我沒有使用過。早餐有面包，生果，可可米，乳酪及芝士火腿蛋等，不是好味，亦不難吃。」
