“Elevator was broken. Vending machine wouldn’t work. Very tiny rooms. Blinds in the window didn’t help. There was an outdoor light right outside our window and even with the blinds fully closed the room was lit up very bright at night. Decent breakfast in the morning. Would not stay here again.”

“Pos- Convenient location , clean room. Appreciated breakfast. Neg- Pool was closed and property could use a bit of sprucing up.”

“We had a non-smoking room that had a bedspread with cigarette burns. We were on our last leg of returning home. Used to having shampoo and conditioner available at the hotel, but none at this one. The hot breakfast consisted of waffles, which was good. I had expected more! The maintenance folks were working diligently to get the AC working in the breakfast room. We made our waffles and found a much cooler place to eat them! Pool area was more like a sauna-the AC units that were being worked on……

“Lucked into this after catching Jamey Johnson at Renfro Valley. Typically spend twice as much to spend a night but certainly won’t be doing that when in this area again. Clean room, comfortable bed, quiet night, and hot shower in the morning. Checks all the boxes. You can book w/o hesitation.”

“This was a great hotel, right off the interstate in Berea. It was extremely clean, staff were very helpful; the recommendation for the local restaurant, the Dinner Bell, was spot-on for a great meal. Breakfast was set up well and was well-attended. We will stay here again if traveling the area.”

“Room was poorly maintained. Price was ridiculous for the quality. Tub and shower were in bad shape. Breakfast was poor and coffee was terrible. We used the stairs a couple times and there were spider webs all over. Not maintained at all. The pullout had no linens. Had to request those. Only towels for 2 people. Reserves for 3. Staff were friendly but overall will not return.”

“Room was run down. Lock for door was hanging off the wall. Holes all in the bathroom walls. Smelled like smoke even tho it was a non smoking room. Blanket had cigarette burn holes in it. Pool was closed and covered and it was mid June. Looks like it hasn’t been open in a while. Was advertised with pool but definitely not open and working. Didn’t bother with breakfast. Was kinda sketchy”
