“Concept and place is nice, a bit rough in road to get there (lots of rocks) AC was not working properly and it was hot. Also, it could be cleaned up a bit since they have a lot of ducks roaming around. ”

The entire property is gated so you can feel safe and secluded in your little oasis. El Tequileño is literally next door and Fortaleza is a 5 min walk down the street. “October 2023!!!! Do not book here! They haven’t been in business since the pandemic. GO BOOK TO Hotel De Las Animas! It’s closer, nicer and great! They’re under the same owner so it’s not like I’m not supporting. They just need to take down this listing until further notice. I even called two days before coming to make sure and someone picked up to let me know everything was good, luckily a nice gentleman gave us the heads up upon arrival. “This place is as advertised and very affordable. Spacious and clean. Three beds and an efficient AC unit and ceiling fan to keep things cool. Secured parking on owner’s driveway is a big plus. Located on a somewhat busy and noisy street but things quiet down later in the night. Very easy walk to the town square. The owners, Cesar and Pati, were very accommodating when I inadvertently booked the wrong night. For the price and location, this is a very good place to stay.”
