「As per usual I was very impressed by my recent stay at my favourite hotel. Ramada has some of the best hospitality of any hotel of the size, location and rates on the Juhu area. The staff, from the reception team to the hygiene and upkeep crew are friendly, polite and helpful. Of course, the food and drinks department managers, are always happy to help you to ensure that your needs are satisfied. A drink by the swimming pool is a joy I still remember with nostalgia. 「All staff are friendly, helped me upgrade to sea view room, wide breakfast selection which I needn’t stand up for the buffet, cause the staffs would fetch for you. They’re very thorough about guest privileges such as free sauna and gym classes. It was definitely a wonderful experience, except my pillow case had black marks one night of my staying.」
