「This house served our purpose for a large family to stay while we were in town for a wedding. The house is clean it had everything we needed. We did not cook meals so the fact that it only had a small portable hookup dishwasher didn't bother us. I only noted in case that might impact others. 「My mother, mother inlaw, 2 daughters and I spent 5 days here! It was a great space…. So conveniently located to everything! The house was clean and neat! 「My daughter and I stayed at this house and thoroughly enjoyed our time. The host was very responsive and we appreciated the pool very much. The larger bedroom is the more comfortable bed. I had to switch with my daughter as I am used to a softer bed. The smaller bedroom does not have enough room for a large suitcase but you can either use the other bedroom or the floor in the entry. We will DEFINITELY try to rent the house again when we come back.」

「My wife and I reserved this location 3 weeks in advance. Jason is a dishonest host. Not sure if he has other properties but beware of this person! He never communicated the entire process. Never let us have the entry code. We drove all the way there to get ignored having to find a last minute hotel. RUN!」

「Property was as advertised. Everything we needed for a pleasant stay was there. Our only minor issue was trying our hardest to keep the sand out of the bathtub. Even rinsing at the beach and outside the house could not prevent a minor amount of sand from finding its way into the bathtub. We were able to wash and dry all the sheets and towels before we left.」
