The hotel is pretty but the lobby is HOT. They do not have AC in the lobby and around the pool table so therefore you cannot use that part of the hotel unless you want to sweat. We stayed in malatya for visit family and therefore booked the suites which provide living room. Once upon check in we were given regular rooms. When we saw the room we had to go back to reception and remind them our booking were for suites. They changed our rooms to suites and Unfortunately we were told no visitors could visit our booked suites- living rooms and we could not use the lobby living rooms due to the heat. What a disappointment. We ended up having family gatherings outside at a nearby park. The room was spacious but the ac unit in the room Was super loud. Loud enough to disturb your sleep. The living room Ac was super quiet and barely cooled down the rest of the area. We loved the breakfast at this hotel and the air conditioned dining room. The pool and other amenities is open to public- therefore it was not to our liking. The pool Was busy and cloudy. Upon checkout we were chased outside to ask if a beer was consumed in the room mini bar. We did not consume any of the mini bar items. The bellman was very sweet and helpful. He helped rolling n extra bed for our son, made the bed and later on gave us extra towels since the room Only had one towel. The location was secluded. We wished we would have stayed in a more central hotel closer to restaurants and

Eskiden çok iyiydi, şimdi ortalama bir otel

Geçen yıllarda Anemon da defalarca kalmıştım, deprem sonrası mı kötüledi zamanla mı kötüye gitti bilemiyorum. Lobi deki ışıkları bile yakmıyorlar, ortalık loş. Misafirleri karşılama yok. Otel güvenlik görevlisi yok, otoparka araçlar kontrolsüz girip çıkıyor güvenli değil. Havuz başını restoran yapmışlar gürültülü müzik çalınıyor. Otel genel olarak eski görünüyor. Kim otelde kalıyor, kim gezmeye gelmiş belli değil çok kalabalık. Bell boy yok

İşletme problemleri

Otel fiziki altyapısı ile çok güzel bununla beraber işletmesel problemler var. Otel içindeki işletmede gece yarılarına kadar müzikli etkinlikler oldu ve gürültü sebebiyle konforlu uyumak mümkün olmadı . Kahvaltı hizmetleri 5 yıldızlı bir otel için yetersizdi. Banyolarda tesisat problemi var, ilk odada lavabo gideri tıkalıydı, başka bir odaya geçtik ancak bu odada da klozet (wc) rezervuarında problem vardı ve çok uzun süre rezervuarın dolmasının çıkardığı sesleri dinlemek zorunda kaldık.

Memnun kalmadık

Bir daha anemon otelleri tercih etmeyeceğim. Odada koku vardı. Dolaplardan koku geliyordu ve tozluydu. Allahtan 1 gün kaldık yoksa sabredilecek gibi değil. Banyo ve tuvalet için mahremiyet sağlanmamış, odanın içinde gibiydi. Bir de kurutma makinaları bozukmuş çamaşırlarımızı yıkatamadık. Zaten çamaşır hizmet fiyatları çok fazla geldi. Bir torba çamaşır yıkatmayı düşünüyorduk, fiyatlandırmayı görünce vazgeçtik. Adet başına fiyat yazmışlar. Örneğin çorap 4 ₺. Hakkını yemeyeyim personel ilgiliydi.

Bütün seyahat lerimizde Anemon Oteller i tercih ediyoruz. Bundaki sebebimiz çok sıcak ve ilgili yaklaşımları , sorun ve sıkıntılara çözüm odaklı yaklaşımları , geç çıkışlarda müşteri öncelikli yaklaşım ve ücretini bildiğimiz için son Malatya seyehatimizde yine Anemon Oteller i tercih ettik. uçağım sabah 5 de Malatya ya indi ve doğal olarak da o saatte otele geçtim. Bizden erken giriş ücretini odememizi istediler.daha önce ki otel yönetiminin erken girişlerde sürekli müşteri olmamızdan dolayı ücret talep etmiyordu , yeni yönetim erken giriş ücretini bizden aldı.sonunda uçuşumuz gece olduğu için geç çıkış yapacağımızı saat 22:30 da çıkacağımızı söyledik çünkü yine daha önce turkiyede ki bütün anemon oteller 50 lira ücret karşılığında geç çıkış imkanı sunuyorlardı. Malatya Anemon otel müdürü baya sıkıntı çıkararak bizden tam gün ücreti alıp , istirahatimiz esnasında odayı arayarak ne zaman çıkış yapılacak gibisinde sürekli taciz edip sorun çıkararak bütün keyfimizi kaçırdı. Geç çıkış konusunda bizleri bilgilendirmeden tam ücret almaları profesyonel bir otel zinciri olan anemon oteller i hiç bir ilde artık tercih etmiyecegiz. Müşteri memnuniyetini tamamen yok saymaları bizleri çok rahatsız etmiş olup , malatya anemon otel yönetiminin bir an önce kendine çeki düzen vermesini ve Gerekli duyarlılığın gösterileceğini umarak bu maili sizlere atıyorum

Pretty awesome hotel. Staff was great. Idris helped me with my computer I bought while in Turkey that was stuck in Turkish. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Food was awesome. The rooms were clean. They have a gym and 2 pools and a tennis court in the basement. Pretty cool place!
