"The hotel was clean and the staff very friendly and helpful. The bed would have been better with a bigger quilt, when one of us turned over the other lot most of the cover. Also the walls in the room were quite thin and you could here the other rooms. On the first day there was shouting from the next room and we could hear dogs barking."

"Room was clean and comfortable. Didn’t see any staff. Kettle in breakfast lounge not working. Why ask re towel change when no one came in to attend to room? Incorrect use of apostrophes on signage. Needs to be checked. "

"The room was very out dated and dirty. The sheets had hair on them. There was no shower only a tub but there was no hot water anyways. There was no heat. Someone was singing or praying very loud at about 11 oclock at night. No elevator and we wrre on the 3rd floor. Awful!!!!! "
