"Lovely hotel with 2 pools and an amazing view where you can catch the sunset from your room or the rooftop area. Excellent service and staff who are always on hand to get you a drink. Food availabile throughout the day with 3 buffet meals and snacks available. Location however isnt the best. The hotel is based on a high hill so cannot walk around the area easily, therefore taxis mostly required. However the hotel does provide complimentary shuttles to the beach and Castries town."

"The property is old, needs updating. Some staff is rude to non white people specially the male greeter and waiter at the Pub. He was rude and made unwanted looks and gestures while we were at the restaurant. We called front desk to pick up our bags 3x to go to the airport.
