"Although we were only able to stay one day and night, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The farmhouse is surrounded by horses in the pastures and picturesque views in every direction of the Tuscan hills and vineyards.The room was clean and good sized with a large walk-in shower in the updated bathroom. The staff were incredibly accommodating and caring. The breakfast provided was so delicious. We wish our iteneray would have allowed us to stay longer. We highly recommend this property."

"We throughly enjoyed our stay at B&B Borga Vera! The property was absolutely beautiful! There was lots of private places to sit and enjoy the scenery and a glass of wine. It felt like we had the whole property to ourselves! The pool was beautiful; the room was clean, comfortable, beautifully decorated, and spacious. It was a 15 minute drive to town for restaurants and the area was beautiful to drive around and explore. We visited a winery and the hot springs while we were in the area as well....

However, this 'old' but newly rebuilt /refurbished resort is on still in it's final stages of completion e.g beautiful pool almost completed (unfortunaely missed out by few days). Access to the property almost requires a 4WD for the dirt & rocky roads & a very detailed map as GPS does not recognise the location & the property is not sign posted ANY WHERE. "We enjoyed our two over night stays in the hotel. We were especially surprised to notice that the owner speaks German perfectly. Quite unusual in Italy, where you sometimes lack someone who speaks and understands English. Breakfast buffet was nicely presented and with good selection of food."
