"Extremely disappointed with the staff and missing Basic amenities in the entire hotel like Toiletries (Soap, Shampoo). A/C was not functioning and had to keep the room windows open to cool the room. Avoid if you can. Staff had no clue of how to help the customer."

"Room was updated, spacious, and clean. Free breakfast was good. Staff was friendly. Parking lot was small but you can park in the museum of play lot and get it validated at the hotel."

"There was not enough parking for the building, the code to get into the building and to the loft was never provided. We had to stand outside in the cold and wait for somebody to find somebody to let us in. We had to climb four flights upstairs to get to our room. There was no privacy for the bathroom, so the toilet was out in the middle of the room. The bed was just a memory and asked the middle and there was no way to get comfortable. Would not recommend this location and would never stay there again."
