“The staff were really helpful and friendly and catered for my uncles dog. They have a lot of appliances in the room allowing a comfortable stay. Here is also a nice park near bye if you find the grounds not big enough to wonder. Overall great trip away with amazing scenery.”

“Fantastic Branch of the Hilton Family. One of their best.”

“Nice big room and bed, helpful reception staff, great breakfast”

“Friendly staff and the afternoon tea was delicious Some of the things in our room could do with being repaired and maybe a new mattress but overall it was a pleasant stay”

“位置比较好找，设备一般吧，以后可能会不再考虑入住”

“房間大，服務親切，早餐一般，飯店前是一大片綠地，很舒服！”

“This is the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed so far by hotel.com bookings! No customer service at all!!! We all had to wait so long for someone to come out of the front office for checking in! And they were not in mood of helping their customers, everything were turned down and ‘NO’! One of the guests had no choice but changed to Double-tree immediately after checked in! The frost desk simply doesn’t answer any calls fm rooms, they just said ‘will call u back’ and hanged up, but never called back.……

“No check in desk, no room cleaning, no hot water, no heat, no breakfast service. Food very mediocre. Management of this hotel was disgraceful. Staff were amazing in very difficult circumstances. Stayed here many times before…..never again”

“The website said there was parking and I arrived to be handed a £5 bill to pay for parking. I purchased £10 breakfast but was given a coupon to go to the Welcome Break services for breakfast. At that counter - The Good Breakfast - I could not swap items I did not eat. I had to pay extra for 2 slice of bread and then told there was only white bread. No refill of coffee and no juice. It felt very must like a sham of a deal in between parking and the poor breakfast. I will NOT stay there……

“Check in: at the bar. Wait for 5 minutes as the staff served at the bar at that time. Wifi: good. Room: spacious, clean. One grocery shop near by, 5 minutes walk. No self laundry service. Breakfast: not buffet except juoice, milk and cereal, ok, basic. ”
