"Everybody was great, rooms were clean, no shower mats though with a very slippery shower. I had to hold on to something to stand in the shower. Called the front desk they didn't have any. Breakfast was good though"

"Great location for a baseball or football game (the free trolly is a cool added perk). The hotel is clean and well staffed. Bed was super comfy. It’s in a very safe area. However, the rest of the area around the hotel leaves a bit to be desired, just due to location. If you plan on visiting Dallas, there is no public transportation and Ubers/cabs to the city are very expensive. But that’s not the hotel’s fault. Would stay here again if I was attending an event at either stadium."

"The first room was dirty, the whole floor smelled like weed and piss & the AC did not work. The 2nd room on a different floor was only slightly better. It was still dirty but had AC. The people above me were running a marathon and I could hear all their footsteps. I had to complain to guest services at 2am. The front staff would not acknowledge me and Orbitz or the hotel would not issue a refund. Other reviews talk about cars being broken into and bedbugs. Stay far away. Needless to say I didn’t sleep and I needed a shower after leaving the place."

"I stayed at this property for 2 recent nights, attending some family events over the weekend. It was a super stressful drive from Vicksburg, MS on a Friday afternoon, arriving at rush hour. I didn't know that there are 2 Crowne Plaza hotels in Dallas, and mis programmed the location. After an extra 20 minutes or so Downtown, I was routed back here. At first glance, it's not very "friendly" looking...from the outside, with it's paid parking arms and very limited "guest parking" available. That said, I made it to the front desk, still rattled from the road, and encountered a couple of minutes of minor miscommunication, even expressing my relative stress level to Sam, at the front desk. She "got it", and put the entire process back on track...in a very relaxed and comfortable way. She even checked a bit later to see if I was OK...or needed anything. Honestly, they do that with all of their guests, but it does make you feel "special" and like this giant corporation actually appreciates your business...which they do! All of that goes the same for Tamika, on the later evening shift. All of their facilities are clean and up to date. My room on the 11th floor was excellent...4 star level, end to end. Not only that...they had a great price and location as well. This property will now be my "go to" in the BIG D. I hope your stay here measures up to the overall comfort and value proposition that I enjoyed."
