"Hotel location was ideal for our trips. Staff were friendly and helpful, rooms cleaned daily, fresh towels. If ever back in Cairo would consider staying there again. I would recommend they consider some of the charges, appreciate they are a business and need to make money but also need to look after their customers. For example a taxi to the airport was equivelent to £26, compared to Uber at £5 Otherwise very pleasant safe stay "

"Wonderful hotel and top notch service. The hotel is a tourist attraction in its own right, and the pool and garden area are the finest in all Cairo. it is the only place I will stay in Cairo and the location is perfect for everything including trips to Giza and local walking."

"Checkin was okay, this is a new hotel taking up two floors in a very old downtown building. Entrance terrible, lift hardly works, bed linen had top sheet missing and very high pillows. Service was shocking. Staff were rude and surly we were ignored much of the time. Felt we were interrupting them and there were a lot of staff! Breakfast acceptable - only just. We booked in for two nights and checked out early as we could not stay a second night. I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone. Wait 6 months - they may learn how to show hospitality - or they will go broke!"

"My stay here was very good, these rooms and the hotel itself is fairly new. Everything is in good condition, it’s a bit noisy but I’m sure all hotels in Cairo face this with it being at 24 hour city, things open till late night. The bed sheet was a little dirty upon arrival, but it was an easy quick fix it happens. The best part of my stay was meeting Mostafa, he was the kindest gentleman I’ve met, I just wanted to take him home. So helpful and full of knowledge, he went above and beyond for me 10/10. Highly recommend going to him for any suggestions. Will stay here when I’m back in Egypt! "
