「The service and atmosphere is great. However, our room the curtain was falling off the window, the remote would not stay together, the phone cord would not stay in the phone. Maintenance came to get fixed the remote and put some tape around it and the phone never worked for us to call downstairs and every morning of the two-night stay our keys would turn off. We kept getting locked out of our room if we went out for breakfast.」

「Room was clean but outdated. Felt safe. Staff is friendly.」

「酒店设施一般，装修一般，房间在这个价钱里不算小，够用，但我住那个房一进屋很热。然后就换了一间房。洗衣服设施不能用，很脏！我觉得不如days inn！」

「Overall, nice stay」

「Coffee maker was not working. Ice was not available except for about a half pound.」

「The outside looked great, the staff was incredibly nice. The rooms were very dirty and I would say gross. Sheets looked stained, dead roach next to the mini fridge and live roach by the toilet.」

「The bathrooms need to be updated. The room itself is too small. You have to climb into the bed because you’re so high. The tissues was in there by the refrigerator instead of by the bed.」
