“Surroundings were absolutely magical! The view, the pool, the vineyard, the buildings, the tranquility. Breakfast was good and the wine bar offered some drinks and icecream which was nice during our days at the pool. We also enjoyed the tennis court. Staff was very nice and the place was very clean. The apartment itself (scoiatollo) had everything we needed but I would definitely consider repainting the sharp lime green and purple colors which didn’t really fit the style and made the building……

It’s easy to get to several nice hill towns in the area like Montepulciano and you can walk to Pienza which was lovely (up a hill though). My only regret is that we didn’t book a longer stay!”

“Everything was great. We were in Cortona for a wedding and the location was perfect - right in the centre of the town but with easy parking just a short walk away. Self check-in and check-out were easy and well explained. The apartment was clean and comfortable with everything we needed and more.”

“Check in and out was excellent, they were very flexible about meeting times. The apartment was centrally located (but still quiet!) with access to laundry, perfect split ductless AC (different temps in different rooms!), a dishwasher, and plenty of common space. The views from the apartment were amazing. There was a nearby church and bells every 7:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m (and various other times in between, which seemed to change everyday) which was lovely. There is a small grocery store right……

“The apartment is large. Basically 3 separate rooms. 2 on the second floor and 1 on the 3rd floor. I would not recommend for someone that cannot do steps, especially the third floor bedroom, as the bathroom has 3 steps to get down to it. It was a beautiful bathroom but just be aware. I cannot say enough about the host, Syed! He bent over backward to transport us to where we wanted to go. (We did a cooking class about 15 minutes from the city! I highly recommend.) “Loved staying here and would stay again. Simple furnishings but cosy vibe. Everything we needed was there and grocery shops, cafes and restaurants close by. Loved the neighbourhood. All the main sites in Florence to visit are within walking distance. We parked our car at garage within 100 metres (35 Euros per day) and only used it when we went out to visit countryside towns in Tuscany.
