Cozy 1-bedroom condo with pool access
Summary:
Cozy 1-bedroom condo with pool access
The Space:
From the moment you set your bags down, you’ll feel right at home. This second-floor condo has all the conveniences a small family or couple could want in a vacation rental. Wifi, full kitchen, a bedroom with two roomy queen beds, screened-in balcony, and complimentary use of all the accessories needed for a great day at the beach.
Living Spaces
The open, cheery living room is bright and welcoming. The decor is a “coastal cottage,” with pale wood and soothing pastels and neutrals, inviting you to take a seat and breathe in the salt air, or camp out on the sleeper sofa and catch your favorite show on the cable-equipped TV.
Sip your morning coffee on the spacious screened-in patio and watch the island come to life or enjoy the sunset over Marco Island with a glass of wine. There is plenty of room to hang out, with seating for three.
Kitchen & Dining
You’ll love having access to a full kitchen to make a midnight snack, or a romantic meal for 2 with the catch of the day. This kitchen offers a full-sized stainless-steel refrigerator, a full range with an oven, a microwave, a toaster oven, and a stainless-steel dishwasher. There’s also a Keurig coffee maker for making your choice of morning beverage. All utensils are included to make meal prep a snap.
Enjoy your culinary creations at the roomy table that seats four.
Bedrooms & Baths
The bedroom features two queen beds with plush hotel-style bedding. Step right onto the patio from the bedroom to start your day with a bit of Florida sunshine and the smell of salt air. The perfect place to rest and recharge, the room’s decor is awash in calming neutral tones and a subtle beach theme.
The large walk-in closet provides all the storage space you need and is where the essentials for your perfect beach day, like umbrellas and beach chairs, are kept for your convenience.
The sparkling clean and minimal ensuite bathroom has a roomy walk-in shower. Plenty of fluffy towels are provided.
Outdoor Amenities
Overlooking the Marco River, the Angler’s Cove Resort is a quiet, family-friendly resort that features 2 heated pools with spas, 2 tennis courts, and a waterfront Tiki bar and grill with outdoor seating. Stroll along the docks and watch the boats or go one step further and rent a fishing boat or book a dolphin tour at Rose Marina. Laundry facilities are conveniently located steps away from the condo, on the same level, by the elevator.
The minimum age to rent is 25. No parties. No Pets. No Smoking. Check-in is 4:00 pm. Check-out is at 11:00 a.m. 7-night minimum stay.
If you’re in need of a beach getaway and want a small-town vibe, Marco Island fits the bill. Its location in Southwest Florida is the ideal home base to check out pristine Gulf Coast beaches, watersports, wildlife, golfing, and out-of-this-world dining. It’s the largest island of the area known as the Ten Thousand Islands, and opportunities abound to get out on the water and into the dazzling Florida sunshine.
Grab the sunscreen and a towel and head to Tigertail beach to experience the clear warm gulf water and sparkling white sand beach. It’s a nature lover’s haven with birds galore, seashells, and marine life and is popular for kayaking and paddleboarding. Rentals are available right there on the beach. If you feel the need to get a closer look at marine mammals, take a full or half-day boat tour to spot some bottlenose dolphins around the Ten Thousand Islands National Wildlife Refuge. For spotting land-based creatures, Otter Mound Preserve has a great walking trail through a shaded forest habitat that many animals call home.
Marco Island is rich in history and culture, and you can learn more about the area and its former inhabitants at the Marco Island Historical Museum. Or get in touch with your creative side at the Marco Island Center for the Arts, where you can see art, and then make some in one of many classes offered by the center. For something completely unique, book a tour of the famous dome houses off the coast of Cape Romano. Remnants of a residential house built in the 1980s are a curiosity and a great place to spot wildlife.
Dining in Marco Island runs the gamut from casual beachy eateries to upscale dining. The area is known for Italian food, and you can’t go wrong with Sale E Pepe, or sample some local seafood at the casual Snook Inn on the waterfront. For the best breakfast around, try Doreen’s Cup of Joe, and oyster addicts need to look no further than The Oyster Society for complete satisfaction.
For those looking for a little retail therapy, Marco Island doesn’t disappoint. Stroll the aisles of the famous Farmers’ Market on Wednesdays, where vendors sell flowers, food, and local crafts. Visit Marco Walk Plaza to browse upscale beachy souvenirs in boutique shops or grab some ice cream or a meal at one of the well-loved local haunts. For the latest in beach attire, check out Marco Island Beach Company or Beachworks. They’ll have you looking like a local in no time.
Please note: In times that the weather presents temperatures that are unusually cold for this part of the country (below 70 degrees) the pool heaters will not work as well as expected because they rely on heat exchange to heat the pool and the reverse heat pumps are not as efficient at heating the pool water in cooler temperatures.
Other things to note:
Security Cameras are on the outside of the house and are recording during a reservation, NO cameras are inside the home or have a view of the inside of the house.
Noise detection sensors installed at the property – These devices monitor decibel levels at the property 24 hours a day and automatically notify us if noise levels are too high.
If Pool access card is not left in unit when you check out there will be a $100 fee to replace the pool access card.
Important Note:
Guest gives permission to the property manager to use a third-party to screen my identity and check criminal databases to confirm my reservation. Complete terms regarding the guest screening can be provided by the property manager. You may receive an email to complete your screening.
