Pool & bay views, covered assigned parking, on-site tiki bar/restaurant, 2 pools, 2 hot tubs and tennis sets the stage for an amazing Marco Island getaway! Luxurious one bedroom/one bath third-floor condo offers access to a private screened lanai from the bedroom and living areas. Designed with coastal-inspired luxury comforts in mind and loaded with an array of amenities for a memorable beach vacation, your secure private entrance opens up to a fully equipped kitchen outfitted for long stays, stainless steel fridge with ice maker, gas stove, mini dishwasher, seating for five, extra cabinet space in the custom-made pantry; built-in mini bar with mini fridge; stocked coffee bar featuring a Keurig, drip coffee maker, electric water kettle and frother. The teak patio set on the lanai is perfect for morning coffee, eating meals and playing board games.

Large bedroom has a king-size bed, end tables with extra outlets, 65" TV, oversized fold-out twin chair, ceiling fan, dresser drawer; built-in desk/makeup vanity with extra outlets, makeup remover pads, Q-tips, cotton balls, adjustable Hollywood lights vanity mirror, adjustable desk chair; extra pillows, blankets, linen, hangers, iron, ironing board, hooks.

Living room features a queen pullout sleeper sofa, two swivel chairs, movable foot stools with throw blankets and wooden trays, 65" TV, work station with extra plugs, portable Bluetooth speaker perfect for the beach.

Dual-entry tiled bathroom equipped with a tiled shower stocked with shampoo/conditioner/body wash, mirrored medicine cabinet for extra storage, first aid kit, hair dryer, toilet paper and linen.

WiFi, free on-site parking, air-conditioning, heating, tennis rackets/balls; beach chairs, beach wagon, beach towels, beach umbrellas, beach bags, insulated cooler, sand toys, pool noodles.

Two laundry rooms within a short walk away located on the same floor. Supplies and a loaded card is provided for your convenience.

Anglers Cove is a resort-like complex with two heated pools, two hot tubs, two tennis courts (sadly pickleball is not allowed), the Dolphin Tiki restaurant, a designated area to fish (with a license), fish cleaning station, walking paths and additional public restrooms.

Walk to the full-service Rose Marina which is filled with options for fishing charters, boat rental and storage, excursions, and a store filled with anything you may need for boating. The Marco Island Princess and in-season Key West Express operate from this marina.

Rentals for bikes, golf carts, paddle boards, kayaks and personal water craft are within walking distance.

Walk or bike to many different restaurants, fitness studios, shops, grocers, The Esplanade. Located a four-minute walk away is the Marco Fitness Club which offers one-day passes on up.

The beach is accessible by four public access points with Tigertail Beach being the closest at 1.9 miles away. Public parking is available at three of them.

There are six public golf courses within a 15-mile radius of Marco Island

Marco Island is the perfect island destination for shelling, birdwatching, fishing, golfing, boating, pickleball and sunbathing. It offers a unique movie theater that offers dining, a historical museum, art classes, YMCA, many places of worship and more. There's something for everyone!
