“房間很讚，員工服務好、友善、大廳好香”

“划算，空間寬敞，有撞球檯，服務人員態度非常親切”

“第二次入住，還是覺得服務台員工態度差，不熱心幫助旅客。”

“早餐好吃。員工很棒。”

“The suit was spotless, great suit with everything you could need, very comfortable.”

“コストを考えると、満足な滞在だった。 唯一の問題点は、ドライヤーが故障して使えなかったことくらい”

“No shampoo or conditioner, hair dryer wasn't working, no orin in the room and no one was onsite at night to request it. I had to wash my hair with just water and no blow dryer to dry my hair at night and had to go to my meetingbwith wrinkled shirt. Worst experience. By the way, there's no security at night. Anyone can walk in at night and come to your room. Elevator doesn't require a pass and no one is at front desk at night. Main entrance is wide open too”

“Excellent flat, great location! Easy to grab any method of transportation! Good bars and brunch spots to walk to! Would stay again! Great bed too!”

“The property was beyond our expectations. It was clean, bright, and spacious. The apartment is located in a beautiful building that is conveniently close to public transportation, grocery stores, and a pharmacy. The washing machine and stove, fridge and dishwasher were very convenient and helpful as well. Looking forward to retuning there again some day. Our whole family is missing it!”

“They changed the lock on my locker while my bags were inside”

“1 night stay for work. Incredibly clean and nicely designed apartment. Well located for work and restaurants, felt a safe area to walk alone in. Ground floor so if I’d been there longer maybe would have preferred to be higher so could open curtains etc.”

“Crackhaus mit offener Haustür, Treppenhaus komplett zerfallen und vandalisiert. Bett dreckig und Wände voller Schimmel.”

“交通方便，近中餐店”

“Hotel Gilbert is unique and very much a boutique hotel. We loved the &Flora restaurant and the hotel’s proximity to all things Vienna. Would absolutely stay there again!”
