「The room was great. Check in was slow, long line at a small property management office checking in multiple properties at once. It seems a simple key code would have skipped all that as my credit card info was already in the Hotels website. 」

「Terrible stay. Was supposed to have 2 bedrooms- one if them Was locked. My friend and I were forced to sleep in the same single bed that was available. The management kept on saying they will resolve the issue but never called me back. Seems like a business of many apartments and listings, they don’t really keep track of what’s going on. The listing location in Hotels.com is wrong- it was way out of the center. 」

「Great location, close to the beach. Lots of pools and large clean rooms. 」

「Everything is perfect. The reception welcome us and show the hotel amenities around and the the gentleman is so nice while I was checking out The breakfast time is a bit crowds because of the Oceanside tables but we sit there two days (staff there will try to arrange those tables for you) and the food is nice with many choices. Just one note when I leave a message through th QR code so they can deliver extra needs to the room, they did in the first time and miss the second message. 4.5 stars...

「We stayed in this hotel for 4 days. It's located at the most crowded square of Praia do Carvoeiro, just by the beach, very convenient. The staff was nice and the room was okay. Car parking space was difficult to find, though. Free wifi was provided at hotel lobby. Overall, we'll say it's a pretty good choice in this area.」

「The location is perfect!! Just next to the beach. Staff from the desk is nice. But, the toilet paper seemed to be put there forever. It had stains on it. Overall was nice.」
