“Apartment was lovely. Only issue is climbing three flights of stairs with luggage. Highly recommend for people in good shape!”

“Even though i had booked a ground floor studio we were placed upstairs because the manager thought it would be better for a family! I had booked the ground floor as I have mobility issues! The stairs were made of stone & had worn to different shapes which I found very difficult. We complained & had some money returned but this did not help with problems with the stairs! So my husband had to supervise me on the stairs. The room was nice but smaller than booked - nowhere to put clothes. The bed……

“Die Unterkunft war sehr komfortabel und großzügig geschnitten – viel Platz und hohe Decken sorgten für ein angenehmes Wohngefühl. Trotz Fenster nur an der vorderen Front war es überraschend hell. Die tägliche Reinigung und das bereitgestellte Wasser im Zimmer waren ein schöner Service. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die tolle Lage nahe der Altstadt – zentral und dennoch ruhig. Die Gastgeberin war ausgesprochen freundlich und hat uns sogar mit einem kleinen Gastgeschenk überrascht. Restaurants gibt……

“Kind staff. Very helpful with top tips and the location was great. On the last day it rained so we were allowed a later check out as we travelled with our young daughter. The team were kind enough to give a cover for our push chair also to ensure we did not soak in the way down to the bus station. Lovely place, historic and beautiful buildings. Can’t go wrong”

“Fabulous modern spaces in a 17th century Venetian building. Lovely patio doubles as an al fresco breakfast space, plus a comfortable seating area in front of the hotel for cocktails or coffee while people watching. Perfect location right in the old town pedestrian area with tons of restaurants and shops, plus a walk to the beach and the Fortezza. Staff from front desk, to barista, to breakfast, to housekeeping all stellar.”

“We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Its location is truly ideal: centrally located in the old town, yet remarkably quiet. The neighborhood is vibrant, with numerous restaurants, cafes, and shops within easy walking distance. The rooms were clean and spacious, offering plenty of room to relax and unwind. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and consistently helpful. Their warm hospitality truly enhanced our experience.”

“Building, courtyard with pool, and rooms were very nice. Bathrooms however were not well maintained and showers had issues such as not having a mount on the wall to hold the shower head and not having shower curtain and plugged drains. The bathrooms desperately need to be updated. The breakfast was ok but other hotels we stayed at in Crete had much nicer breakfast selections. ”

“From the moment we stepped into the hotel we were greeted by such friendly staff,we were suprisingly upgraded to the most beautiful room- what a treat.The hotel is a beautiful old building ,in the perfect location in the old town.beautiful breakfast.Frre bottels of water replaced daily and numerous lovely tioletries.But what makes this place is the staff- they cannot do enough for you,but are also friendly and fun and really make you feel at home.we stayed for 3 nights and were sad to leave such……

“Nossa estadia foi muito agradável.Pessoal do hotel muito atencioso , hotel muito bonito, a 200 m da beira da praia. Muito bem localizado, próximo a restaurantes , lojas e Porto Veneziano de Rethymno.”
