“Wonderful like always ”

“Facility was clean, staff was great. I had an issue with the hair dryer in my room not working, and a staff member went out of her way to find another one for me. I appreciated that! The pool looked cloudy so I didn't swim so that was a bit of a disappointment. Overall, great stay.”

“Roach in the room this morning!!! Not cool! Those things will follow ya home. Would have been a 5 star otherwise. Pest control is a must!!”

Coordinating for all my sisters coming from 3 different states on such a short notice for a loved one's funeral was difficult, but James was so accommodating and understanding no matter how many times I reached out to him to alter my reservation. ”
