“Slow shower drain , standing in water up to my ankles. Not a pleasant experience.”

“The hotel is so bad, it should not be operational. The room and hotel were not as advertised. The room was not cleaned, mold on the ceilings, bathroom, and in the fridge, there were cracks in the walls all the way to the ceiling, and brown matter on the walls. Upon addressing the issues with staff, they said the cleaning staff could not do anything until the next morning and we could not have another room. I asked for a remodeled room and was told there were none.”

“The hotel is very close to scenic spots, making it convenient to visit places like Ruby Falls. As it is a pet-friendly hotel, the hygiene conditions may not be maintained. During our stay, the hotel experienced a power outage in the afternoon for a long time, which greatly affected our accommodation experience. When booking the room, the hotel indicated the availability of electric vehicle charging stations, but upon arrival, we found that there were none. The hotel breakfast was very good.The……

“Mold in the bathroom, bloody towel. Manager extremely rude when bringing the amount of mold in shower to his attention and said zero refunds Or accommodations. Hallways stuck like mildew. When air kicked on in room it also smelled like mildew. ”

“There was an extreme amount of outside the room noise. Multiple sirens, people talking and laughing outside my room. I felt unsafe there.”

“Our bathroom had mold growing on the caulk. The pool was closed the first day we were there due to maintenance. There wasn’t many breakfast options. Staff was great though. Also the wifi doesn’t work at all”
