"I believe this hotel is only a couple years old, but its public spaces were in poor shape, with worn carpets and foul odors in the hallway. Our room was not as bad though it was modest size-wise. The beds were comfortable. Not too much noise even though we had a first floor room."

"Easy but not secure"

"With the new renovation to the property, this room had water damage in the shower. It looked just awful. It should have been an easy fix. Plus they stopped offering breakfast even though it was advised."

"Our room smelled very bad of cigarette smoke. They came in with a can of Lysol and sprayed. That’s doesn’t take the smell away"

"The thermostat wasn’t working so it was cold but other than that, it was a good space."

"Parking was safe and easy. Breakfast was delicious, but it was hard to really get enjoy the atmosphere because it was freezing cold in the lobby/lounge area where the bar and restaurant are located. Many guests complained and we were told that it was because of the dampness outside and then we were told it was because of the pool which is located right next to the bar area. This issue interfered with our ability to socialize with our family and friends the entire weekend. Therefore we won’t be having our annual Spring gathering there next year. In the service industry the customer is always right in most cases and when you receive multiple complaints about the same issue it should be addressed immediately, not brushed aside with different excuses."
