「The Elm City Hotel is a great value in Keene. Rooms are modern and clean with very comfortable beds and nice amenities. The breakfast on Sunday was great, and it was "okay" on Monday. Sunday's breakfast included real eggs and sausage, while Monday's breakfast was egg product patties and dried-up frozen sausage. Still, decent breakfast offerings at this price point. The staff is very kind and helpful. I'll definitely stay again when I'm in the area.」

「因为是带着孩子参加面试，所以找的是相对距离学校比较近的酒店。很小的酒店，没有电梯，房间也比较小，但是停温馨的。第二天一早遇上下了一夜的雪，边上一个老伯很热心地帮忙打扫车上的雪，特别温暖。附近不远就是一个购物广场，有沃尔玛，还有很多吃饭的地方。酒店后面也有，所以非常方便。」

「Smoke detector missing. Toilet seat loose. Lights too dim. No bar soap at the sink. Body wash and conditioner bottle in the bathroom were empty.」

「The continental breakfast was good - a variety of fresh baked goods, yogurts, fresh fruits, granola, teas, and the coffee was excellent! It would have been nice to enjoy a hot breakfast on the cold and gloomy morning that we were there, though. We enjoyed meeting our friendly host, Joe, and had a nice conversation with him as he explained the history of the property and some future kitchen renovations he has in the works. Parking was no problem - plenty of space, well-lit, felt absloutely...

「While the owners are lovely people and their restaurant wonderful, our accommodations were not really clean. The ceiling plaster was falling. Some of the areas were not dusted for a while, our bathroom mirror still had splash marks from the previous guest, and the carpets were not vacuumed. This place really has great potential with upgrades and cleaning. These are constructive criticisms to help.」

「First we got a key to a room with people in it, went to get a different room and it was absolutely disgusting. We got a 3rd room and it was just as gross. We couldn't even put our stuff down, because every surface was covered in filth. We ended up having to go to a different hotel. I can send pictures.」
