"A little disappointed we couldn't start the dishwasher for some reason. The living room lamp was missing a light bulb, and the furniture wasn't the most comfortable. Overall the location was great, good location, lots of information provided before check in. Check out was a breeze. River is slightly farther from the condo that the listing looks, but still very nice part of the river to be in."

"We absolutely loved our stay! We go to New Braunfels every summer and this was hands down the best place we've stayed. Great communication, perfect location, extremely clean and well stocked. We even extended our time there because we didn't want to leave. We will definitely be visiting again!"

"It was my daughter's 18th birthday. We floated the river all day Saturday. Then went to see a concert in the evening as well as dinner at a restaurant in Gruene Tx . The condo is large, clean and located in a great neighborhood in New Braunfels. We would definitely go again."

"We went to enjoy the river and this spot is perfect for that! The river is basically in your backyard! The unit was super cute and very clean! Washer and dryer is in the unit and there were laundry pods 🙂 Super convenient when you don’t want your clothes to stay wet and dirty from the river Well stocked w tp and towels and the pool is right outside your balcony. We will definitely stay again!"

"The place was spacious and only a few minutes walk to the river just as the post stated. However, both beds were very hard and super uncomfortable and the futon had gross stains all over. The location/area is older and the apartments are in the process of being renovated so there were painters there taping off all windows and doors and working while we were there. Other than that the place was just as described."
