“The area is quiet. Everything is newer. The hot tub was nice. Bed was comfortable. Big shower.”

“Super clean one bedroom with kitchenette and large double vanity bathroom. Walking distance to everything we wanted to do in downtown. No issues with parking or the back patio. A couple of minor cons… Very limited hot water, had to shower quickly. Very thin walls, got to hear more than I wanted of the neighbors conversations. All in all… Would definitely stay here again.”

“Relaxing hot tub.”

“Small quaint little cabin did see the deer in the afternoon , 3 does and 3 fauns. Was very very quiet. Will stay again but in bigger house next time. Was a stream view not water view. Host and staff were gracious with time and communication. Everywhere we wanted to go was less than 5 min away drive or even could walk there. Covering parking was awesome in hot July sun. Great anniversary trip. Would not recommend more than 2 people. Did not use hot tub but looked fine.”

“Great stay…however due to floods we did not stay in the Brooklyn suite. We were switched to another property that was bigger & just as lovely as what we were expecting - the Cowboy. Area was nice & quiet. The Cowboy was very nice & had all that we needed to be comfortable. Would stay in one of the properties again!”

“Amazing”

“Wonderful stay in Fredericksburg! Loved all the small details and the hot tub! Great location”

“Great for a getaway with your spouse!! Loved the private hot tub and the bed/room was so cute and comfortable!! You could hear the people though in the next room if they were in the bathroom which was funny/weird at times but definitely not a deal breaker...we would stay again for sure! Absolutely perfect location to main Street.”

“Nice & beautiful stay. Very convenient location. Clean. Host communication was excellent.”

“Everything was great the only thing I could recommend for an upgrade would be an extra shelf in the bathroom next or alongside the mirror for toothbrush or contacts, glasses etc. thank you for the wonderful stay. We will be back.”

“Very clean and private. Easy walking distance to Main St. Loved it!”

“Great location, quiet! Would stay again!”

“Clean room and near by shops”

“Loved our stay here!! It was clean, quiet and the perfect distance from Main St. We will definitely be staying here again!”

“Perfect location”

“Very nice & comfortable bed place to stay. Communication was great.”

“The room was amazing!! So inviting. The bed was uncomfortable and the refrigerator didn’t cool as expected. Loved the atmosphere though. The whole place was decorated beautifully.”

“It is not mentioned in the description but the room is inside of a small business office. We went during Oktoberfest and it was still very private. The main entrance has a combination lock box to unlock the main door during non-business hours. The main door leads to a main hallway that has what appears to be 3 doors to private rooms. Each private room has an electronic combination key pad. Our room was very nice. We did not experience any excessive noise or foot traffic during what was a pretty……

“Such a lovely place. It was just as advertised. Peaceful. Within walking distance of restaurant on the square. Will stay there again next time we're in town.”

“Nice quiet location close to downtown. Bed was comfortable and hot tub was a nice bonus.”
