「clean and confort, friendly staff」

「N/A」

「Hotel was ok, you could tell it had been updated in the recent years but the beds and pillows were insanely uncomfortable and the pool could have been a little cleaner. Otherwise the staff was great and the hotel itself seemed pretty quiet even when we stayed the night of a wedding block.」

「wifi policy is very bad, why they asked customer to provide so much information? 」

「Everything was great, the hot tub was wonderful after a long day of driving. The staff was great and the breakfast was amazing! I will say though... Maybe it was just my room, but my mattress was really hard, I didn't sleep much. Other than that, it was great! The kids really enjoyed the pool, which was a really nice temp.」

「Good」

「Great location, wish parking was included. The restaurant was great, near the mall.」

「The heating unit in our room was not functioning. There seemed to be only one very tired staffer in the facility, and she made some ineffectual attempts to deal with the problem. She first said we couldn't get a different room (without explaining why), but later backed off.」

「The staff was great upon check in and check out. The rooms were super cleaned. I enjoyed that the hallways and rooms smelled good and not like cleaning solution or stale musk. Would definitely book from here again.」

「Great customer service!」

「Clean, friendly staff, good discount for drinks, and cool history」

「The room is clean. And I think the brightness in room gave me good feeling in my business trips. I have been having many business travelings. This is one of the best.」
