"It was a little noisy outside from a train going by the hotel. Did not feel comfortable with a homeless man near by the hotel either."

"We didn't eat breakfast but parking was great it was available right in front door. We stayed 2 nights the first room we had the first night the toilet was broken,bed was broken and bowed in middle and ac didn't work but the next morning went down told them they were so nice and went to check and they moved us rooms for 2nd night then that TV didn't work she had someone come fix it. But they r really nice people and are remodeling the hotel so it's taking time to fix everything from last owners so it's understandable but the employees are great and location is great and as soon as the remodel is completed we will come back they just are trying to get the kinks worked out "

"I’ve finally found a hotel worth staying at in Springfield!!!! My family and I come down 2-3x a year, and let me tell you it’s been rough finding a good hotel. But this place Vib, was amazing! The staff was awesome, the room was very cool and very clean, the beds and pillows were so comfy, the view was incredible. We were on the 4th floor and could see Mercy hospital and other businesses. Our kids found that the best thing ever! I will definitely be back! "

"Indoor pool was clean and nice. Pillows are terrible! Small rooms that need maintenance! Location is ideal for Wonders of Wildlife Museum/Aquarium. "

"First AND last time to visit. Room smelled and (small) bed pillows smelled and looked dirty. Bought Lyson. No luggage carts. Breakfast was ok..all in all...really disappoined."
