"This modern, compact, clean, cozy basement suite is great for one person or a couple. It is conveniently located near cafes and restaurants on Marine Drive, the prominade and beach. The unit has a well equipt full size kitchen, a comfy bed, laundry, a soaker tub and easy access to parking. You can hear the tenants above you moviong about. Ear plugs would be useful. I recommend leashing your pet when going to and from the car to the suite. There are many places to walk your dog in close proximity. The host, always responded promptly when messaged through the app. I highly recommend Jonny's place for a solo peaceful, pet-friendly beach getaway! "

"Bad experience. The listing mentioned on-site parking, but we had to find street parking and carry our belongings over couple of meters to the basement, even though there was space for two vehicles and the host did not allow us to park. Vrbo charged for cleaning while booking, but the place was not properly cleaned. The toilet was dirty (hair, tissues, and dirt -have evidence), and we had to request wipes to clean it ourselves. What sort of unprofessional services you guys are providing. The host also demanded that we empty the dustbin before checkout or pay an extra for the cleaner. It is Vrbo’s responsibility to take on some action and avoid disappointing valuable customers. Overall, waste of money and frustrated with your services. "
