“We loved our room which was very comfortable, charming and had various amenities to make our stay enjoyable. We appreciated the mini-fridge and coffee maker in the room as well as access to the full kitchen next door with a variety of foods and equipment to use for breakfast or anytime. Parking was easy and very safe. Lighting on the property was very good. Sabrina, who lives on site, showed us to our room and gave us a brief tour of the grounds. “The check-in went well, except that we were surprised by the additional $50 fee for "incidentals." This wasn't on the original reservation and, contrary to what the employee said during check-in, we were charged that fee and it wasn't refunded to our account for a few days. The room was clean, but it had a damp feel to it, which was also a bit concerning.”

“No clean towels and no room cleaning during my two night stay. 2 story with No elevators. Only outside stairs.”

“The toilet was broken and the sheets looked dirty had to go buy a blanket to put on to sleep. Woke up with a bite and swollen neck. The wall was broken and the sink had rust as well as the showers.”

“The staff who served us were mostly helpful, the room was large enough to accommodate us and our two dogs, and the bed was comfortable. Other than that, we were not happy. The supplies furnished to our room were less than minimal, and our room was never serviced during our 3-day stay even though I specifically asked for it to be serviced. I had to request supplies like coffee, cups, and shampoo from the reception desk. The room was poorly maintained, too. The sink faucet was not firmly attached……

“The floor had not been mopped or swept. A previous guest let a pop blow up in freezer and it wasn’t cleaned up along with floor. The beds were clean and comfortable.”

“The pool was empty and the kids were very disappointed. Next, the two rooms we booked and paid for weeks ago were not what the hotel had when we got there. They had us in rooms with one king bed and a pull out couch. Not what we paid for. They finally found us the last 2 queen room but we had to use the king/couch for the other room. Not a very good night sleep on a pull out lumpy couch. The pancake maker was not working at breakfast. I went to the front desk and ask about it. Turns out……

“Incredibly friendly and helpful staff. The bar was great, the 18 year old bartender was very fun and knowledgeable. The pool/hot tub patio area are right next to bar and very nice. Property has been updated and room was was spacious, with lots of closet space. I prefer a firmer mattress than the one in the room, but my sister thought it was very comfortable”
