Phoenix Mesa Riverview Hotels

"I recently stayed at Scottsdale Parkview Resort, and unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. First, it’s advertised as a “resort,” but it feels much more like a rundown motel. The room was small, and the overall cleanliness was below standard. The property itself appears to be in poor condition—there were holes in the walls, broken light fixtures, and the exterior areas were dirty and unkempt. During our stay, there was no hot water, which made things even worse. The pool was murky and didn’t feel safe or inviting. The weight room was also in bad shape—missing equipment, dirty, with old carpet and poor lighting. To top it off, no refund or compensation was offered despite these issues. Overall, this stay was not enjoyable. I would strongly recommend avoiding this property unless you have absolutely no other options"

"The room was not very clean. Holes in sheets and bathroom wasn’t as clean as it should be. Online check in was great. Codes for room door. No need to check in or out at front desk. The inside of the hotel needed some tlc."

"I travel for work and have stayed at many hotels throughout the US. Tempe Oasis has been my favorite. No other hotel surpasses their customer assistance. The are by far THE BEST!!!"

"I was scammed. The bar staff charged me for meals and drinks that were paid for in cash. I have tried contacting them for 4 days now and the manager does not answer the telephone nor will she return my voicemails. I am beyond frustrated. "

"Excellent breakfast, friendly staff, excellent location to Phoenix Airport and Cubs ballpark. We took advantage of a super discount for a room for a week. Unfortunately, you get what you pay for in that regards. Small closet, well loved couch with huge stain, noisy air conditioner, worn wooden drawers. Only 3 small drawers and very small sink. Friends who have Hyatt loyalty points loved their room. The bed was comfortable though."
