"It’s not a fancy but very practical apartment. We traveled with adult kids so each had a separate space to sleep and having two full baths was very convenient. Location is great as one is within 2-3 km of major attractions. Louvre is at walking distance. Marco was very attentive to our needs and requests."

"This apartment is quiet and local, it's very close to the Metro and works perfectly as an escape from the bustle, and as a base to see Paris. We stayed with our family (2 adults, a 16 year old, a 9 year old) and were very comfortable. There's stairs plus a loft bed accessable via a ladder, so it's not for people who have difficulty with access. Overall it's fabulous. We would stay again without hesitation."

"Cons: -Smell of smoke throughout the courtyard from the fire that happened in the building. -Getting key fob at the laundry mat is confusing and time consuming. Very inconvenient. Make sure you give yourself one hour before checking out because you have to return to the laundry mat which is a 20 min walk from the apartment. And make sure to take the CORRECT keys. Take the key fob that has the Key Safe logo on it. -One roll of toilet paper for the 4 of us for 7 nights. Really? - No spices at...

"Property is fine on problems. Unique Paris apartment Neighborhood is not so good lots of men hanging around Metro station very non French area. Large police presence street drugs etc. No reflection on the property or owner. Easy access to all of Paris by Metro and trian. Watch out for pick pockets!! Got hit on twice."

"The apartment was perfect. It has everything including charm. We enjoyed the thoughtful details like the N’espresso machine, the throw blankets and the rain shower. Even though we were 4 people including two teens, we had plenty of space. FYI, air drying on the enormous fold away rack provided works better than the machine dryer. We could easily walk to the Louvre, Musee D’Orsey, the Eiffel Tower, numerous parks. Half the time, we loved just walking the streets of Paris. Every meal was delicious...

"Clean, big apartment. Check in could have been more clear. There are multiple buildings, we had to reach out to get the correct apartment and building number. The key is difficult until you learn how to use it. The view of the tower is amazing!!! The beds are on the firm side for an American, but not rock hard. Beds are subjective and I like a softer memory foam mattress. These are spring. Kitchen is well stocked. Plenty of guide books and little extras. Good security. Nice access to the metro...

"The apartment is conveniently located close to various tourist spots, public transportation, and restaurants. Within a short walk there’s a lane with a bee-hive of activity and restaurants faring cuisines from all over the world. The apartment is small, but functional. Be careful on the narrow, steeply angled stairway though. The location is safe, and the metro station is a short hop away. You will not be disappointed."

"We had a great stay and wish we had booked for longer. Perfect location and the apartment has everything we needed. We’ll definitely stay again next time we are in Paris. The only thing is if you are short, ask the host to leave the stepladder to reach the key box. You’ll only need to do this once and the host is very responsive. Thank you!"

"Wonderful place right in the heart of things. Spacious and all the necessities. The pics on the listing need updating: there is now a hallway between the bedrooms, and you don't have to traverse thru one to get to the other. The washer/dryer sure was nice to have. We were 2 couples, and note that it's not that private when it comes to bathrooms that have two thin windows in between them. All-in-all a terrific place with historic bones and a killer view."

"This was exactly what we needed for our visit of Paris; quiet, clean and in close proximity to the airport. The only negative remark is that the heaters were set to Eco mode (not giving off heat) and the bathroom window was left open, so it took a bit of time to heat up the apartment."

"The prooerty was just as describe in the Marais area. Bey close to St. Antoine and walking distance to most sites of interest In a very quiet area and secure building. The only issue wa that when taking a shower the watet would overflow in the bathroom"

"the hotel was excellent. The shower was the best unit we've experienced in Europe. The breakfast, lunch and dinner were wonderful and very economical at 21 euro. Our only remark was transportation. The shuttle only serves terminal 2. We hired a taxi to take us to terminal 1. That is our only remark. Shuttle service IS provided, but only to termainal 1"
