"After check-in, the only interaction I had with staff was the first morning at breakfast when I was looking for decaf coffee. I can’t take caffeine for medical reasons. She barely spoke English and just said no - only this as she gestured at the coffee. There was no decaf in the room either. I’m still waiting for my receipt that was supposed to be emailed. "

"I was in Dallas for the weekend celebrating my birthday and the experience at this hotel from the beginning was absolutely horrible!!! When I arrived at the hotel and checked into my room, it was extremely hot. The bathroom was dirty and the view, well there’s really no view. The room was not how it appeared online. I called the front desk staff and expressed my concerns. One of the female receptionist was rude and unprofessional. When I asked her name she said, “the letter A and the letter J. She was very snappy and showed lack of empathy for my concerns. The money I spent was not worth my stay. I check in at 4pm and by 4:06pm, I was asking for a refund so I can find another hotel. Expedia called the hotel directly and they refused to refund me. I asked to speak with the manager and went down to the front desk and here we are 2 1/2 weeks later, still no call from the manager. I would never patronize this business again. I pride myself of great customer service because I know what I give to others, Besides, anywhere my money is spent, I deserve to be respected and treated with care. I prayed and tried to make the best of it until I heard from the manager which I’m still waiting. Please consider before booking or you’ll probably end up very dissatisfied like me. "
