"We enjoyed our stay here. Very close to the metro."

"Stayed here with my family last month who was in town visit. Amazing stay, rooms were large, clean and spacious beautiful view of Queensborough bridge and Manhattan Skyline. Front desk staff were extremely accommodating. They checked us in early despite being fully occupied the night before and were transparent they could not guarantee ahead of time but made every effort to make this possible. They came to the room to give us tea, towels and everything we asked for. They even helped out with coordinating an uber to deliver our luggage to my apartment the next day. The only thing that was a pain was the location being super far away from the train and in a remote area but 100% worth it for the view, cleanliness, accommodating staff and room size. "

"The hotel is brilliant, looks newly built therefore is very modern. The rooms are a good size, queensbridge subway station is down the road from it. Staff are great. We asked for the room to be cleaned once in our 6 day stay - we tidied ourselves and got fresh towels but the time they did clean they didnt change the sheets which was a shame. They provide soap, face wipes (make-up), body lotion, shampoo and conditioner. The room is big and spacious. I would definitely stay again. "

"Honestly the best stay I've ever had in New York. The rooms were nice and very clean. The staff was very kind and helpful. I didn't have to ask for anything because they were on point. The Breakfast provided was also delicious. Would most definitely come back. "

"The bathroom needs renovating, with a new sink. Elevators broke one day which was not fun considering we were on the 34th floor. Location was excellent and room was overall clean. I was not happy that I was charged a destination daily fee and didn't realize it until I got home. I assume I overlooked it. "

"I was happy about the location and the shuttle service to the subway was an awesome addition. The breakfast was on point every morning. The staff was pleasant and friendly. Perfect place for my weekend getaway… will stay here again if I am ever able to come back to NY.."
