「Voco in Astoria is a great place to stay. It’s less than a year old and the rooms are soundproof. Across from me was the subway track and I could barely hear it. It was probably one of of best showers I’ve ever had in a hotel room. The restaurant serves dinner and breakfast. The food and atmosphere was amazing as well as the excellent Customer Service by the entire staff throughout the hotel. It’s a short walking distance to a subway entrance. I will definitely be returning there.」

「There were live cockroaches crawling around in the room I lived in. It was disgusting. I was very disappointed with the check-in experience. After telling them that there were cockroaches, the attitude was insincere and there was no expression or treatment for me! 」
