"We didn’t stay at hotel , too many sketchy people and homeless walking around the property "

"Room a bit outdated - great pools but not enough shade areas. Good food at the pool and good service poolside and at the bar. Lots of walking to get around but they have shuttles "

"Supposed to be non smoking the room smelled liked cigarettes and an ash tray it was so bad we smelled like smoke and ash trays. Then people just smoke in front of our door that has a no smoking sign and let the office know and nothing was done. They said they were going to send someone with air freshener, no one came we had to buy our own and that did not even help. The TV did not work at all just turned on no cable no nothing. Just straight static. Blankets were the thinnest thing ever only provided one towel for two people. Has a kitchen no supplies. Coffee maker with coffee pot to make any coffee. There was coffee provided also no filters. "

"The hallways smelled weird and the carpet was dirty. Just a pretty old property that is in need of an update and repairs. The outlet I plugged my charger into completely came out of the wall when I tried to unplug my phone. I definitely would not stay here again. "

"Upon arrival we were told there was no longer a room for us because the ceiling fell in. The hotel did not attempt to contact us at any time. The staff member on duty basically told me that when he got to work no one had done anything about our situation and we were lucky he decided to act and got us a room down the street. We chose this hotel after much research for a 2 bedroom suite and it was replaced with a 2 bed in 1 room. This was unacceptable as was the supposed $50 discount at the new room. I messaged the hotel and asked for an immediate phone call. I received an email the next day from the manager of the hotel we were moved to not the hotel that never bothered to contact us. I do not recommnend this hotel. "
