“room was clean and very comfortable, staff were fine and any contact we had they always seemed helpful. Breakfast was great always something you should like. Now the problems, car parking at 19 euros a night I believe is a little pricey and to have a swim another 14 euros, only hotel I ever been too that charge staying guests extra to use the pool. One other issue was that the friends we stayed there with were given a key to a already occupied and I mean occupied room, for them embarrassment for……

“The hotel is pretty good except reception staff. Of course it's a 5 star but some points I'd like to share with everyone. 1.Actually there is no Netflix as they write and reception staff doesn't know what is Netflix. 2. If you dress more formal,reception staff will welcome you more, otherwise they go through SOP and treat you coldly. ”

“The location was great, only 10 minutes to all the points of interest. Ignore reviews about parking saying car park is small, I drive a Tesla Y which is wide and I had no issue. There was a dry stain on the quilt itself where a previous guest maybe spilled their coffee but I'd have thought they might have changed the actual quilt as the quilt cover didn't hide it. The only issue as such was the fan in the bathroom didn't work so the bathroom remained wet all day and towels didn't dry”

“The location was the best, however it was very, VERY difficult to get there. We had to park in an underground parking lot many blocks away and roll our luggage over busy cobblestone streets to arrive at this hotel. As a very, VERY senior traveller I would have appreciated a heads up. Everything we needed in the hotel was fine and getting around the pedestrian only historical sights in the main old town was easy and best of all it had a very tiny elevator.”

“We had a large room with queen-size bed, the bathroom was massive with a large hand basin but no shelves to put your toiletry bag, so I had to put it outside the bathroom. In my 40+ years of travelling around, it’s the first time a hotel doesn’t offer cups for rinsing teeth, or even for drinking. No hairdryer again, and I only realised after washing my hair after midnight. A room opposite us made squeaky noise every now and then, it was loud enough to wake us up early in the morning. Please……
