“A mid-range hotel in a convenient central location. A maximum of 10 minutes' walk to the Plaza de Armas. There was always someone at reception who spoke English. We had a room with air conditioning on the sixth floor overlooking a side street closed to traffic. Our room was a comfortable size with good Wi-Fi. The shower was hot with a strong jet. Everything was clean. The breakfast buffet was extensive and of good quality. Unfortunately, the coffee was very weak. The staff were very friendly and……

“Room was quaint and cozy, definitely appreciated the kitchenette setup which made it felt homey. No staff on site but they were super responsive and reliable on WhatsApp. Location is super accessible since it's right outside the Metro station and in between Centro and Lastarria.”

“If you are coming to Santiago you MUST stay here! The area is the best in Santiago - we felt so safe and there were so many walkable options for food and drink around. The hotel was spotlessly clean. Breakfast in the morning was fantastic - it is offered in the cafe just under the hotel. The guys on reception, Francis and Nicholas, are amazing. So kind, patient and go above and beyond. There is no lift in the hotel but they assisted us with luggage up and down. I couldn’t recommend this hotel……
