「Yes washer and dryer in room. When we arrive the pull out bed was very nasty hasn't been changing nor the carpet hasn't been vacuum. Spoke to front desk instead of them sending someone to change it they states they will spend some clean sheets for us to change the nasty sheets. They did have things in kitchen to use but had to keep asking for trash bags. Also alot of construction work is going on in that area to much noise . No chairs on the balcony to sit on to enjoy. Bathroom toilet or tub...

The hotel facilities are clean and comfortable. The lobby provides hot tea, iced water, and coffee throughout the day, which is a nice touch. The room was clean and well maintained, and the double-bed room actually has two large beds, which is more than sufficient for a family stay.
However, the check-in process was poorly organized, which significantly affected our experience. We arrived at 11:00 a.m. and understood that check-in starts at 3:00 p.m., so we registered in advance and left...

「This was the worst hotel experience I've had in all my travels. I had registered as a member in the hotel's app and selected room 1813 on the 18th floor a day in advance. The room was available at the time, and the number was very meaningful to us. But when we arrived at the hotel, the front desk told us that someone had already checked in and arranged for us to go to a room on the 5th floor facing the street. The room was not well soundproofed and was noisy all night long. We didn't sleep well...

「Agradecemos que nos hayan entregado temprano la habitación, pues veníamos muy cansados del crucero; pero no asearon la habitación en nuestra estancia de dos noches. Es un tema la alberca, hay que bajar a nivel calle para tomar elevador al último piso, y allá no hay quien atienda ni forma de solicitar bebidas. El internet nunca funcionó bien, te conecta pero no sirve. La habitación demasiado minimalista, ni closet tiene.
El personal de recepción eso sí, muy amable.」
