This was the perfect stay! The location is great, being that it is surrounded by shopping, eating and fun! The amenities were perfect, offering fun and relaxation for all. The views here are absolutely stunning, capturing the ocean, street and river! Very spacious and clean unit, stocked with vacation essentials. Definitely recommend this property!

On paper it’s looked good

The neighborhood/area was good. The actual building, pool and access to the beach is great! The unit however was not exactly what was described. We have a toddler and specifically booked this unit because on the listing it said it has a tub. To our surprise, there was no tub in either bathroom. Secondly, they didn’t put a mattress protector on the bed and had to come back to do so. Along with no protector there was blood stains on the headboards. I asked about bed bugs but was told they have never had them. The cleaning service did come to clean the headboards and give us a sheet. We requested a crib and specifically asked if it came with a sheet, guess what, it did not. Lastly, the floors were disgusting. If you didn’t wear shoes, even from the bed to the bathroom, your feet were black. Other than the above mishaps, the time we had a family was great. Largely because of the pool and beach access. Along with the other kids to play with.
